3. Orders & Payment
Orders Require Written Confirmation and, in Some Cases, an Upfront Deposit.

Full Payment is Due as Per Agreed Invoice Terms.

Prices Are Subject to Change and Will Be Confirmed Before Order Acceptance.

4. Delivery
We Deliver to the Client’s Agreed Location Within the Stipulated Timeframe.

The Client Must Ensure the Delivery Site is Accessible and Ready for Installation.

We May Deliver in Installments if Materials Are Out of Stock.

5. Warranty & Claims
Products Are Warranted Against Manufacturing Defects for a Specific Period (Usually 1 Year to 15 Years, Varies by Product and Brand).

Claims Must Be Made Within the Warranty Period, With Proof of Purchase and Modification to the Product.

Damage From Improper Storage, Mishandling, Chemical Exposure, Water Seepage, is Not Covered.

6. Limitations of Liability
We Do Not Accept Liability for Special, Incidental, or Consequential Damages Due to Use or Installation.

Our Responsibility is Limited to Product Replacement or Repair in the Case of Verified Defects.

7. Customer Responsibilities
The Client Must Provide Accurate Information Regarding Space and Requirements.

Pre-installation Work Like Wiring, Plumbing, or Structural Adjustment is the Client’s Responsibility Unless Specified.

Clients Must Ensure Suitable Protection for Floors and Surfaces During Delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds
Returns Are Accepted for Manufacturing Defects Only, as Per Warranty Terms.

No Returns for Damage Arising From Misuse or Improper Handling.

Personal Information Received During the Order Process is Handled in Accordance With Our Privacy Policy.
